Update looks amazing and feels amazing!

app works pretty good, the login process is just really flawed. I cant even get into the app and its very inconveniet that I have to call someone to actually fix it.

I unfortunately fell for the NCSA marketing. Let’s start at the beginning. I paid 2500 for the “premium” package. I was told that I’d be aided in my search- this simply did not happen. There is zero personalized experienced whatsoever. There is zero help with recruiting whatsoever. You fly completely solo, building your own email template, own CV, etc. I received 13 offers ranging from the JuCo to the division two level for soccer. I can safely say that NONE of those offers came from my profile in NCSA. It was all me grinding out sending thousands of emails on my own. Everything on this app you can do yourself, don’t fall for it.

Every time I try to register it says some went wrong

I tried signing up but it kept saying try again later and so I did the next day but still didn’t work and now fast forward 3 months and it still doesn’t work

Cant log in

We created a profile on the app and then when we wouldn’t agree to a paid version the specialist was extremely condescending & took away access to the free version for us.

Definitely wouldn’t pay for it. I did and it was a mistake I used it about twice and not one coach reached out through the app, they were from direct calls or showcases. Don’t waste your money.

This app has not let me sign in with my email and when I try it says I already have an account. Passwords don’t work not a good app either.

Just wanna know if it’s normal to get a call from someone form this website for football at 14yo also did anyone else receive this?

They claim that the app is free until they get you on a call, where then you’re almost forced to pay crazy amounts of money. It is just as easy to contact coaches without paying a single penny without any help. All you have to do is network yourself through email and X and you will most likely get better results that way rather than put your faith in another company. Bet on yourself, don’t take the bait!

Customer service never ever responds and their pages for help are useless. I’ve been trying to delete my old page for way over a year now and they won’t delete it, so I can’t make my new account. Changing sports is even more difficult, so don’t try to get this app really.

I cant put my profile picture on it just keeps loading and loading and eventually says error I don’t know what to do

Every time I try to make an account it says error 304 or we can’t process this at this time and when I did have a account it logged me out the next day and I couldn’t log back in

Please save your parents the money. This organization doesn’t want to help you, they want to steal from you. They will harass you until they get their money then they will never reach out to you again besides the spam emails they sign you up for. NSCA will only hurt your recruitment.

Scam

Once I tried to sign up, it said that my email was already in use. I used forgot password to get in and once I got in I filled out some of my information just to find out that it thinks I’m in soccer (I’m in track). Then I had to change my password again because it wasn’t letting me in. Then I tried to change my sport back but it brought me through some weird process where I might get charged a fee. It also got all of the information I put in all mixed up. Now I just gave up and I guess I’ll have to find another way to compete in college.

If you are new to recruitment, this is defiantly the right app for you. You can literally contact any coach through this, and if you don’t answer you on here it has there contacts for other social media. You send your highlight to NCSA and they will match you up with schools that fit you and your level. I played D3 because I chose that path, but it matched me with D1 schools that were accurate with your game. The bad part is to get the full experience you have to pay a good amount of money. It is a lot, but it is defiantly worth it if you want to invest in your future.

The app is not IPad compatible and only iPhone as it doesn’t show full screen.

This is nice to have on your phone because it is easier to access without going on the website or going on your computer. The app is a little inefficient. It doesn’t work as smoothly as the website on a computer or laptop. There are also times where I can't scroll down all the way and click things that I want to. Basically I use this app to see when I have a notification but other than that I mostly use it on my computer because it is a lot more user friendly.

The app is usually frozen . Most parts don’t work. NCSA in general is very expensive and you don’t get much.

This app leaks all your personal information

The recruiting meetings are helpful. Learning how to approach recruitment, yet NCSA as a whole is so annoying and unnecessary I’m going on 3 years of membership and I’ve went through 3 different coaches. There’s just no personal experience just talk and move on to the next

literally just takes away your money. Don’t waste your time.

When you download the app it doesn’t tell you about any fees or anything and the prices are to high. Also the person on the phone waits for 2 days to tell you about the prices he should let you know as soon as they call the first time. This is stupidity stupid and dumb.

Nothing but problems since the new update two weeks ago. It keeps showing there’s three messages, but there isn’t. You can’t click on views, follows, opens, or searches anymore.

Are y’all aware that since the last update, notifications simply accumulate regardless of reviewing them in the app? Kind of annoying. Can you please fix this?

App usually runs well but lately there is a push notification that just won’t disappear. I wish the developers would fix it. I tried to contact the dev team but it won’t recognize my email for some reason

Waste of time and money.

NCSA is a good starting point if you’re confused on recruiting, however if i were to do it again i wouldn’t pay for any of the services. everything is overpriced and many programs aren’t communicating on the app. You’re better off self educating yourself via YouTube and email coaches directly. It is a good tool for filtering colleges by program, level, size, etc.

Tons of bugs with this app that need to be worked out. Crashes quite regularly then won’t let you log back in for quite some time. Some screens don’t always load either. Their website has issues as well, but not like this.

As everyone downloads this app thinking about going to the college level they ask for money to buy memberships that are way too much for one person. The lowest membership is champion and I pay $78 dollars every month although I am unable to keep up with the payment —- NCSA told me over the phone that I am able to cancel anytime and we don’t get a refund, that is 100% fine. But when calling to cancel they forget to mention that if we do cancel we still OWE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MONEY BACK, if I was told this BEFORE HAND I wouldn’t have signed up for this app and now money is gonna be extremely hard because I have an APP that’s sucking away money every month. SO PLEASE RECONSIDER PURCHASING THIS SCAM APP

I have tried different emails different passwords everything and it still hasn’t let me in

My sport weightlifting isn’t even on the roaster.

They make you pay a lot for the membership it’s way too much and also wish it actually helped get recruited

Crashes constantly. Have to kill app and reopen to get the updates. Emailing others from the phone app is horrible. Tiny window for your reply, trying to scroll back up is impossible. Please do better.

When I reach out to a college coach, within 2 seconds it says the coach has opened my email, and this is consistent constantly for 95% of coaches I contact. I don’t think most coaches are actually looking at the emails.

When I make my profile, it doesn’t give me an option to make a password or username and I cannot login

I’m unable to upload anything. Please fix this app!

This company is a complete scam, commitment you can’t get out of and now we are out thousands, absolute joke.

I was making my account when I accidently selected “Women’s Water Polo” instead of “Women’s volleyball”. It doesn’t let me change it and bring me to some weird Okta sign in, and when I try to sign into it, it doesn’t let me. I’ve tried to delete my account so I can change it but it says it’s already been used.

About 80% of the time my app doesn’t work. All I see is a blank white screen. Annoying.

Can’t even log in

My parents dropped near a grand on this for me and it’s barely helped me at all, there are three packages and it ranges from around 800$ (cheapest option) to 2000$ (most expensive) DONT BUY ANYTHING DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! It’s basically one of those model scams that says “hey we’re looking for models!! You’re perfect 😍 now give us money to make you more perfect” like no.

first off, this app is extremely overpriced for what you get. secondly, if you want to go d1 this app is not for you. You will get many responses from d3, and d2 schools but being recruited is a very difficult process and this app just tells you the same things over and over. don’t waste your money.
